The original design that went on my arm. I scanned the page from Sandman: The Season Of Mists where Lucifer hands Morpheus the key to Hell and says : "You also rule a world, Morpheus. A world of sleepers and dreamers. Of stories. A simple place -- compared to Hell. I envy you."
I just loved that panel and decided to cut out the key, modify it a bit in Photoshop (remove Lucifer's thumb and replace it with another section of the key) and get the tattoo.
If anyone wants to use this, please go ahead. I highly recommend you fill in the white spaces with gray, light red or brown or something. Makes the whole thing look much better. Also, If you do use it, then I'd appreciate it if you'd send me a picture. Thanks.

I have a gargoyle (called Irving ;-)) and I was thinking of incorporating the key into the his surroundings. I decided to look on DA and see if there was a decent picture of it (my graphic novels are old and well read and alas the picture isnt as it once was. But if its ok with you, I'll show this to my artist as the one i want?
